All bills included and I work away 3/4 nights of the week. I've just returned from travelling and ready to move back into my house with 2 new housemates. price difference reflects the difference in sizes.

Want housemates who are trustworthy and friendly. I like to have a glass of wine and a natter at the end of the day and so don't want someone who will lock themselves away all day (but we all need our own space!). Goes without saying housemates must be clean, tidy and house-proud.

Both large double rooms, fully furnished with space for your own little bits (or I can buy additional items if needed). The rest of the house is a decent size with a large living room, big kitchen and garden.

It's in a lovely residential neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours. Nestled in-between Worsley and Monton Village so plenty of atmosphere and a place to go for a sneaky drink after work.

Amazing transport links, close to the motorway, short drive to city centre and very close to Trafford Centre.

Short terms lets welcomed as I plan on only letting the bigger room out for a shorter period, but this is flexible and no timeframe as of yet :)
