Large double room in friendly, tidy house

Our house!

Hi there,
Myself (Duncan) and Poonam have a cool, relaxed pretty big 3-bed semi detached house in Eccles/Monton area. We are both pretty laid back people, just married, and would love to find an equally laid back person to share our house with us!

We have a large double room (£440 pm) in a large semi-detached house in Eccles/Monton area, available from mid/end March.

The room has a new king sized bed (less than a year old), new desk, wardrobe, large TV,, etc.

The house has great amenities, 2 bathrooms (for 3 bedrooms) including walk in shower, great kitchen and utility/laundry room with LG washer/dryer.

Though the room is not ensuite, typically we would use the downstairs bathroom, leaving the upstairs for the exclusive use of the let rooms.

Nespresso coffee machine, Zanussi fridge, TV in the room, PS4, super fast optic broadband...

We have a garage for any extra storage as well as a studio space for weights/gym work, and there's a basic garden with a BBQ too.

We're close Eccles tram and train stations, and about a mile from Salford Hope Hospital and the Trafford Centre, and about 2 miles from Media City. Great Transport links in and out of town too.

All bills included, as well as Council tax and bills and that.

It's a cool, quiet house, the pics really don't do it justice, and we're looking for an equally cool and relaxed people to join the house. We would consider the right couple, but would increase the listed price, with perhaps a preference for a sole person to be honest! No issues with smokers, but would smoking would need to be outside, sorry!

About us - I work full time at Man City FC in Digital Products (though I support United), and I'm into cooking, movies and sports (football, skiing, tennis).
Poonam runs a family Asian fashion and sari business in Manchester, and is into Asian fashion and red wine mostly!

We do require a deposit, and after a bad experience, undertake credit and reference checks (£25). The room is for full time Monday - Sunday, though Monday - Friday would be considered too. We'd also consider short lets, if the room is only needed for a short stay.
