I am pleased to offer a brand new house share less than a 2 mins walk away from Failsworth tram stop and less than a 5 mins walk away from Tesco Extra, Aldi, a doctors and chemists, KFC, post office, an amazing chinese and a bunch of pubs when they finally reopen!

The newly redecorated house is just a 10 minute drive away from the city centre and 15 minutes / 3 tram stops away from Victoria station. It's also just a few minutes from the M60 motorway (J22). On street parking is available directly opposite the house.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. It also has an attic conversion that guests can sleep in.

The house is newly refurbished and fully furnished with all bills included. A great sized kitchen with pantry, a modern lounge, a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower. A great BBQ in the back garden to make the most of the hot days.

There is super fast broadband that's on a mesh network which means you get perfect signal throughout the house and garden, sky tv, surround sound system, 55 inch tv, xbox and switch.

Your bedroom has plenty of space with a new 3 door wardrobe, new bed, shelving and gets amazing light throughout the day.

You would be living with me. I own the house, i work hard Monday to Friday, i'm laid back. I feel i have a good sense of humour. I enjoy watching a movie or binging on a great box set as much as i love going out to a beer garden or hitting the countryside. I enjoy art and it's something i'm trying to get back into.

If i could find someone with a good sense of humour and personality and who doesn't want to live in a mess then that would be ace!
