I have a beautiful large double first floor bedroom for let in this 5-bed period property in Failsworth. The room is available to professionals or mature students and are spacious and bright. The room features wooden floors, and comes with a double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, two nightstands and Roman blinds.

There is a large kitchen and two bathrooms, plus a common area with a beautiful brick fireplace and wooden floors. There is a large paved patio out the back.


The room is available from 28th April to 31st August.
We expect everyone to keep the house tidy using a weekly cleaning rota, and to respect each other's downtime.

The house is conveniently located across from Aldi, Tesco, and many other shops, and is only a four minute walk to the Failsworth tram stop, and a minute walk to a bus that leads straight to Manchester, so it's very well-located for those commuting to the city centre. There is also a nice wooded area and a canal, both about a five minute walk from the house.
