Bright, light double room close to Uni & hospital

The available double room

Located in south Manchester, close to Alexandra Park. I have newly decorated, carpeted and furnished comfortable double room available from August 2018. The room is light and airy with a large window facing over the back yard(en).

The house is a charming red brick terrace on a cul-de-sac with parking on the street. It is a peaceful spot, < 10 minutes walk from the lovely Alexandra Park. Aldi is just around the corner. Whilst in a postcode estate agents call Fallowfield, this is not the student part of the district, it is further west, close to the old Maine Road location for Man City.

The house has two reception rooms downstairs and kitchen. The bathroom with shower and toilet is upstairs. There is storage space available in the loft. The back yarden is a lovely space, with flowerbeds and a few edibles being grown...

I'm looking for a professional, or mature student, to rent the room, ideally Mon-Fri (and rate will be adjusted accordingly), but also considering full week occupancy (at advertised price).

I am a professional (academic at Manchester University) and typically spend 3 nights a week after work playing sport/exercising, so not always straight back from work. I tend to cook at home. Occasionally I work from home in the day. Looking for a relaxed, friendly, tidy housemate,
