A large double bedroom on a nice quiet street in the village of Ladybarn in Fallowfield. 3 minutes walk from Mauldeth Road train station which takes 6 minutes to get to Manchester Piccadilly several times an hour. And also less than half an hour to Manchester International Airport.
I am a UoM graduate and have done a lot of travelling since settling back in Manchester. At the moment I’m running a small company so I’m always more than happy to chat and help people with similar interests. I have a couple of classic cars that I love and I’m very laid back and easy going.
The array of pubs bars and shops are just a few minutes walk to the main Fallowfield strip. And the same can be said if Withington. There is plenty of available space for street parking should one have a car.
I am very tidy. Well. To a certain extent. Rarely have people over. Unless a special occasion or celebration. I do go out every now and then at night. And I’m in and out the house most days so will always be around at some point for a quick chat or catch up.
