New Year, New Home! - Withington/Fallowfield

Hello!

My flatmate has just moved out so I'm looking for a new friend to move into the flat.

I'm 26, work 9-5 in PR and spend my weekends going out for food, seeing friends or hunting down new plants! I'm easy going but keep things tidy and clean, looking for another girl who I can be friends with too. Up for exploring Manchester/going to classes etc.

I'm quite laid back but keep things tidy and clean, respectful of personal space as I've lived in house shares for years - know the importance of having your own time too! The flat is quite homely and cosy but I'd love to make it look a bit more exciting with prints and stuff so someone who would be into that too would be nice.

About the flat:
- double room in a two bed flat on the third floor
- sole use of your own bathroom with bath
- bedroom includes a bed, wardrobe and bedside table
- secure car parking space
- close to the bars and shops of Fallowfield (10 minute walk), Didsbury is a 10 min drive and Aldi is around the corner, 15 min drive into Manchester but lots of bus stops nearby
- rent is £325
- deposit is £432.69
- bills (water, council tax, electricity, TV licence and broadband) are roughly £150pcm.
- references will need to be completed by the letting agents before you move in.
