This room is perfect for a student as it is in a house with 7 other students who are all at the University of Manchester. The house is very modern, whilst also being homely and spacious. The room is very tasteful, has plenty of storage and has a good sized desk for studying. The kitchen is also very modern and fully equipped, with plenty of cupboard room for food and appliances for cooking. The kitchen and sitting room area is open planned, with a large flat screen tv and comfy sofas. The house mates are extremely friendly people, who all enjoy socialising, going out together, as well as being conscientious students. The landlord is also very friendly, and only lives round the corner and is very good at communication. The house is £109 per week, however bills are not included. Our bill package includes: gas, electricity, water, TV license and internet, which is paid per loan date. The bills package is unlimited.
