The house is located 5 mins away from Mauldeth road (where there's a few shops/takeaways and a co-op) and also 5 mins away from a bus stop where most of the stagecoach buses pass by. It is also ~10 mins away from The Gym in Fallowfield as well as all the shops/restaurants/sainsbury's there.
