Double room in a lovely house in Withington

I have to leave Manchester because I have to go look after a sick family member so I’m looking for someone to take my place in a great house in Withington. It’s on the same street as a co-op and a bunch of other shops and cafés and round the corner is a bus stop that goes to town. It’s a ten minute walk from west didsbury and the burton road tram stop. The location is amazing and the house is gorgeous; high ceilings, large shared living room and great kitchen with gas job and washer/drier. Bathroom has a shower and bath. The property also has a small garden. The room available is a large double room on the first floor, comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, shelves and end table. The current housemates are two men and a woman, they’re pretty chill and are easy people to hang out with and reliable, two work in the hospitality industry and one is in their final year of language studies. The property is available from the first of March or possibly sooner if you’re eager.
