This spacious furnished, double room is available in this friendly young Fallowfield professional houseshare.

The property has recently had a new kitchen installed. This is in keeping with the rest of the house, which is light, airy, well presented and maintained throughout.

On entrance to the house there is a hallway, situated off which is one double room, a shared living room, and the newly refurbished kitchen/diner, complete with all the appliances you'd expect in any good houseshare.

Upstairs there is a bathroom, seperate W. C. and 3 other bedrooms. The available room is upstairs.

There is on street parking, and gardens to the front and rear which are maintained by a gardener (included in rental price) Council tax is also included in the rental price. The utility bills are already set up by the current housemates, so we are not able to offer an "all inclusive" rental agreement. For the purposes of budgeting, these are approx £50pm. (Water, gas, electricity and broadband).

Viewing of the property and meeting the current housemates is essential.

TRANSPORT LINKS: this is a 5 minute walk to the 111 bus route going into Manchester City Centre or to Didsbury. The main 42 bus route is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
