Bills included en-suite in Fallowfield

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from or after the 4th of July. The room will be available to rent till the 18th of September as that is when my contract ends but you can extend the tenancy with the landlord if you wish.
The room is an en-suite and on the second floor so it is nice and quiet for anyone needing to study or work from home. On-street parking is available and there is a bus stop at the end of the street which is literally a minutes walk and has a regular service into the centre. MRI hospital and University of Manchester are a 20 mins walk away. The famous curry mile, Plattfields park and Aldi are all within a short walking distance too (5/10 mins).
I've added pictures from when the room was advertised at the beginning of the year, the living room arrangement has changed but still has the dining table, different sofa and washing machine (which isn't shown in the picture). The other tenants are nice girls and easy to live with. I would prefer someone who is clean and respectful to take over the room. If you have any questions let me know.
