We have a large double room available, sharing with friendly professionals. It is £420 pcm + bills (about £150 per month for bills).
The house has four bedrooms but we are keeping one as a spare room/extra storage, a nice garden, a communal lounge, & all major appliances [washing machine, tumble dryer etc.] The property has fast 100Mb+ fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout and ethernet connections in all the bedrooms.
The house is near some really good bus routes to get into the City Centre. Burton Road and Withington Tram stops are both about 20 minutes walk away and we are also only a 10-15 minute walk from both Fallowfield and Withington.
We are ideally looking for someone friendly although we all have our own lives and do our own thing a lot of the time as well! Housemate's current hobbies include things like console/PC gaming, running, gym etc.
