Great location (145 mauldeth road), close to bus routes to UoM and MMU, shops and everything you need in Fallowfield. You’ll be living with 5 other 2nd year students in a sociable house.
I’m having to move due to personal circumstances, so looking for someone reliable to take over the tenancy.
