Hi, my flatmate is moving out at the end of the May and I'm looking for a gal to fill our lovely 2 bed flat.

The flat is located in central Fallowfield next to the big Sainsbury's and the Fallowfield Loop perfect for walks, runs and biking 🌼 🚴🏻‍♀️

The rent is £575pcm + bills (usually around £150-200 per month)

The room is a double and there's enough space for a small desk and comes with all furniture pictured. I have an en-suite, so you can have a main bathroom to yourself. We have an open kitchen / living area perfect for having people round for dinner 🥧

You'll be living with me - Holly, 30, I work in engineering but in my free time love anything outdoors & fitness, baking and hanging out with friends. I'm very chill and pretty busy during the week, but would be great to have a friend as well as a flatmate! 😊
