I am currently living in this property, however I have recently been offered a placement in Southampton. This means I cannot live in the house from June 2014 until June 2015 as I will be elsewhere. The room available is a standard double room which is fully furnished and is the only room on the ground floor of the house. My current flatmates will remain tenants until June 2015.
