This house is on major bus routes and easy access to city centre. The rent does not include bills. The bills work out £40-60 per month per person. There is a broadband currently set up under one of the housemate, the bills are shared with number of housemates.
The landlord is laid back Irish , and two males are English speaking very friendly. The two double bedrooms available are ideal for female as there is lots of storage space, one has double wardrobe, fitted, dressing table with one viewing garden and other the main street. The rooms are very bright and well ventilated with huge windows as its a old built house.
