Rolling monthly lodger contract. ALL bills included (!) electricity, gas, council tax, water, broadband.

It's a beautiful new top floor show flat based 10 minutes walk from the hospital on Oxford Road on the Rusholme/Fallowfield border.

All fittings new; wood floors, proper kitchen, big sofas, flat screen TV hooked up to media centre with Netflix, Nintendo Switch etc. and 80Mb fibre broadband.

Flat has a little balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows with views out over the city skyline. It's nice, first to view it will want to take the room.

I work in town and keep normal 9-5 hours. Friendly and social but not a rowdy party flat; quiet in the week and usually out at the weekends. Tend to have friends over for dinner / drinks maybe once a month.

Looking for a lodger to help with increasing costs; the second room is decorated and furnished. Has a big new double bed, shared bathroom with full bath, shower and heated towel racks, big built in wardrobe, drawers and space for a small desk too if needed.

More interested in whether we get on than just getting money for the room. Rather than organising lots of viewings I'll be holding an open flat for viewings and a chat on afternoon of Saturday 4th May. Send me a message if you're interested in coming along.
