MEDIUM-SIZED ROOM suitable for a single person in a quiet and friendly house-share only 2 miles from Manchester. Firswood in Old Trafford. The communal room is the kitchen.

All bills are included in the price, including council tax, except for the following:

Metered gas and electricity are not included in the price. They are paid by cash card via phone or at the local post office. All payments are made on time and in full on Sundays with fellow tenants. In summer this is about £40 - £60 per month per tenant.

All amenities, including a garden, washing machine, and fridge freezer. High-speed broadband internet is included.

Three other tenants currently occupy three rooms in the house. All are quiet, friendly male professionals who keep the house clean and tidy.

All tenants undergo credit checks and referencing; a month's rent and a month's deposit will secure the room. This is conducted through OpenRent for your safety and convenience.

The house is close to the Metro and Chorlton and the price includes all bills - gas/electric excepted.

This room will be best suited to a professional tenant who enjoys living in a clean and tidy house.
