Housemate needed! - November

2.5 bed house with .5 bedroom converted into a 'Working from Home' space. Room will be furnished, and happy to discuss what is a requirement for you before moving in, as current housemate will likely be moving into a furnished property.
A fully furnished living and dining room, alongside the kitchen and a front porch makes up the ground floor. All of good size.
There is a fair sized garden and we have converted the garage into a functional gym, which of course would be available to use.

Travel time to Manchester City Centre is 30m 'door to door' by Bus and Tram, and a 10m drive. I complete this regularly for work and it is a painless journey.

There are a number of local pubs/bars nearby, with a large Tesco and Lidl within walking distance. On street parking is free and is only limited on match days (the house is close to Old Trafford stadium), however a permit is free to receive from the council, again an easy process.

Reason for advertisement is current housemate needs to relocate, we have lived in the property for 2 years and have been happy with our tenant management service in that time.

I'm a fairly outgoing person, can be very sociable but will respect your privacy. I have a mix of working from home and the office so I'm around enough that you'll see me but not so much you'll get sick of me, I hope! I like football/sports in general as well as exploring what Manchester (and elsewhere) has to offer, whether that be food/drinks/activities you'll have someone who's willing to tag along

We currently pay £170 for bills (including council tax) however new deals for WiFi and Gas/electric could definitely be on the cards to try and bring this down a bit if needed
