This house is having an ideal location for commuting to the Town and the bus is literally outside the premises which are less than 30 seconds walk from the house. The house is situated in M18 area with direct buses to the Town centre, Hospital and Universities. There is a Belle Vue train station which is a 2-minute walk from the house. There are a couple of superstore on a 5-minute walk as Tesco 24, Aldi, Subway, KFC, Macdonalds, B&M, Showcase Cinema, Belle Vue Leisure Centre, Pure Gym and Newsagents shops etc. It’s very close to surrounding parks.

House: It’s a 3 bedroom house which is fully furnished, gas and central heating, double glazing windows, Large kitchen with Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Sandwich maker, fridge, Washing machine with tumble dryer option, very clean bathroom. In the common room, we have the relaxing recliner sofa and massage chair and foot massager machine, Smart TV with 35MBPS broadband speed and Guitar. For Chilling we do have Netflix, sky tv and cube games. We do have board games which we play together in our free time.

Current Housemates:
We are very clean, tidy, friendly, sociable people and currently working as an Education legal/ Aerospace engineering Student. We are looking for a very clean housemate (Male /Female) preferable a student. We work/study during the week and chill during the weekend. The Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, Broadband, TV license, Netflix).

This is pretty decent size single room with a foam mattress along with wooden bed frame, A triple size wardrobe, decorative shelves, massive study table with the revolving chair is fitted in the corner along with a chest of drawers.
The security is for the stuff in the house which is fully refundable providing no damage to the premises.
