Renovated large terraced share in Gorton

Hi,

I’m Owen. This is my only property and is homely and cared for. However, I am studying in London, so functionally I live out. It’s available on a rolling lodger contract as it's my permanent address (I have to move around a lot down here...) but the main/master bedroom is up for rent.

The house is available fully furnished with lots of storage but there is a little space for extra furniture. Recently refurbished in the last 18mo and mostly new appliances. Lots of homely amenities like washing line, bbq, iron, tv with amazon fire, electric fireplace, herbs, etc. etc.

Right on the fallowfield loop for cycling, or there are regular buses to Piccadilly, and trains from Ryder Brow or Gorton. It also has a wide 'double' yard and off-street parking. The house is an end terrace which is not square giving extra space to the rooms and a quirky feel, and hard to photograph, so viewing is advised.

You would be living with Nathan, a Manchester MA student who will be here until November.

Wifi and water included. Power is shared responsibility with Nathan.
