Spacious double room

Hi guys,

I have a spacious newly refurbished double bedroom up for rent in my 3 bedroom house. Rent is £500/£550, depending on your circumstances, if you work from home then it will be £550. If you work in the office/not from home then rent will be £500. Inclusive of all bills: electricity, gas, water and Internet.

The room will be available from April 2024, the price is the exact same for students as well.

Couples are accepted; however, it will be £150 extra to cover the cost for bills.

It is located on Hengist Street, Gorton, MANCHESTER only a 20 minute bus journey to the University of Manchester and 15 minute bus journey into Manchester City Centre. Bus stop is only 2 minute walk away - bus numbers 201/202/203/205. There is also plenty of street parking just outside the house if needed.

There is a large 24 hour Tesco Extra and the Gorton Market just a 4 minute walk away. Many local takeaways and shops nearby and Sunny Brow Park is located just less than a minute away (at the end of the road)

It's a spacious room inclusive of a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table - feel free to bring in more furniture like a desk if you like.

You are welcome to use all communal areas such as the kitchen, dining room/living room and garden. There is also a downstairs toilet for the convenience.

You will have a separate cupboard in the kitchen for your own food and your own shelf in the fridge/freezer. You can use all the kitchenware and diningware but please keep in mind to respect our things, and wash what you use appropriately.

Just to let you know, it is a Vietnamese household.
