Double room in a shared house

The room

Offer a double room which is available from 1 of May onvards!
Rent is £450 per month, and bills are not included, they are approximately £150~£160 per month (in winter time). In bills included wi-fi, gas, electricity, water and council tax. Council tax band is A. Deposit is £450.

The house is in Openshaw, in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from train station. The bus stop is about 10 minutes walk, park 2 minutes, and 15 minutes walk to Tesco, 11 mins to Morrisons and Lidl.

The room is unfurnished, and the house is in fairly minimalistic style, there is no tv in the house and no broadband, only wi-fi, but subject to change if we get along well. I am open to change things.

I am looking for someone who is pet friendly, quite and clean.
I do have some minimum requirements for the person who going to live here, because of previous unpleasant experience. We can discuss everything at the viewing to get to know each other better.

I am looking for a proffesional who have common sense, mature, trustworthy, working full time, respectful, and considerate, basically just be a normal person. Preferably do not be a morning person, as I am working late 85% of time, and need quiet to sleep in mornings.
I am not entirely against students, so give it a go if you match the requirements. Subject to reconsider is open.
