The property is a 10 minute Bus-Ride to the City Centre, and about 12 min walk to superstores and Post Office. Close to pubs and shops on Gorton Lane.
You would be sharing with a man and his son, both are mixed. Very friendly and easygoing, I like a drink and a laugh, and the odd glass of wine in the evening. I have a busy career, so are not around the property all the time.
The deposit will be required when you are interested and happy with your new room.
