I have nice double room for rent, it has plenty of storage and a table with chair. The bed and mattress is going to be brand new. I will upload more photos asap. The current flatmate is moving out this Friday. I am a single mum with a 4 years old boy. The house is 3 bedroom - two spacious rooms and one small kid’s room next to my bedroom. The house comes with front and back garden.
The area is nice and very quiet. Shopping centre where you can find Asda, Lidl, Poundland, Wilko, BaM...is 5 mins walking from the house, there is also parking available and bus stop 3mins walk. 4 buses going to Shudehill and Picadilly and it takes 15 mins. Lots of parks nearby.
