(WOMEN ONLY) Double room close to the city centre

Hiya! We're 2 tenants living in this 3 bedroom house and we're looking for a new housemate after one of the tenants moved out. Strictly women only.

The house is fully furnished and it has 1 shared bathroom and 1 living room. It is 5 minutes walk to the Harpurhey Shopping centre and the bus stops where you can take the bus to Shudehill and Piccaddilly (bus ride takes around 15-25 mins).

The room has a king sized bed, 2 closets, and lots of space. It has gas heating. All bills and council tax are included in the cost but we pay for the broadband separately £9 each.

Me and my roommate both work. We are relatively quiet and we don't interact that much. What we want from a housemate is someone who is clean, first and foremost. We wear no shoes indoors, keep the toilet lid closed, and clean the hob after use. As we are working professionals we would like to keep things silent on weekdays as well. Our landlord is pretty chill, he doesn't really care much as long as we pay our rents in time. However, he does have a rule against male visitors.
