Quirky bedroom in home in Bolton

Hello there. I am looking to rent out my quirky bedroom.

The room is deceptively large and bright but yet really cosy and can be modified to meet your requirements, please just ask.

The house is open plan downstairs and is clean and tastefully decorated and you are free to use this space.

I am looking for someone who will be self sufficient , and who will treat my house with respect. I would prefer someone who just wants to stay at weekends and the rent can be reduced accordingly but this is not an absolute requirement.

Bills will be included.

The location is close to Bolton train station and Radcliffe Tram station but a car would be recommended.

The bedroom includes:
Double bed with fairly new mattress
Own bathroom across the landing
Large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables

Shared facilities:
Wifi
Large fitted kitchen with island and plenty of fridge/freezer space and storage space
Lounge and dining area, outside space.

I’d like to meet prospective applicants to ensure it’s a good fit for both sides.
