This newly decorated single room has the benefit of a new bed and new bedding, along with its own wall-mounted TV (with ‘Freeview’), a fridge/freezer, along with wardrobe storage space, and free unlimited broadband via WIFI. In addition, the owner is prepared to change the room's contents to your requirements if you find anything unsuitable, or install any other item(s) required.

Who Would We Like?
The accommodation would suit a clean, mature and well-rounded individual. A person content in his own self, and who knows the value of peace and quite, privacy, and the meaning of Respect. In addition, I think a person with his own transport would be more suitable, unless you are mad about public transport, which isn't bad.

The Rent:

Rent is £290 per month; this is inclusive of all normal bills. The deposit is £250.
