Very private room as there are no bedrooms on either side. The room is furnished and there is a decant amount of storage space. Needs to be seen!

The room has a radiator and skylight so its warm and well lit
The kitchen has washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a cozy lounge/diner and a garden. Parking is possible outside. The road is a cul de sac so is very quiet.
Ideal for people who work at the hospital.
We are all 30/40 something full time employed professionals and have a happy clean, tidy and very quiet household so are looking for someone similar to us.
We'd prefer someone who does NOT work from home. We'd prefer a female. The room really is not suited to taller than average people. I can walk around easily up there but if you're 6 foot plus it wouldn't be ideal.
Please include a little info. about yourself when replying to the ad. Such as what you do, where you are from, how long you want the room for etc, etc
The room is reached with its own narrow spiral staircase so it is not suitable for somebody with mobility issues.
We are not really a party house so if you're into playing loud music at night, coming in late etc etc. Its not the house for you.
Sorry but we do not want to share our home with people who work late nights or similar shifts coming or going in the middle of the night or who are nocturnal!
