I have 1 single room to rent in Heald Green, Manchester (close to airport).

Single rooms : Rent of £425 pcm includes council tax, internet and water bils. Electric and Gas will be shared among housemates. The rooms have a bed and chest of drawers & tall single wardrobe

It is a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right in front of the house or in the side of the house. Local shops (Tesco, Co-operative, restaurants, pubs) located near by. Bus station, Public library and NHS located at 5 minutes walkable distance and train station at 15 minutes walkable distance. The room is furnished with huge double wardrobes, dressing table , beds and tv. Common areas of house, living room, kitchen and bathroom are accessible. Cable tv, hi speed wifi, utility bills, council tax - all included in the rent. I am looking for a non smoker, not too noisy house mate. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.

At present I have professionals living in the house and will prefer to have the same.
