Bright, tidy spare bedroom available in my home in Heaton Moor.
The room is set up to be practical and easy to live in, with a daybed (can be used as a sofa or extended into a double), wardrobe, additional storage, and a drop-down desk by the window. It gets good natural light and has a calm feel to it.
You’d be sharing with just me – I work full-time (hybrid) and keep the house clean and fairly quiet during the week. I also have two friendly cats, so you’d need to be comfortable around them.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

I’m looking for a professional who is respectful, independent and easy to live with. Likely best suited to someone who works outside the home at least part of the week.
