The rooms are cosy and light in winter but the house really comes into its own in spring/summer when you can enjoy the garden for chilling with housemates, and BBQs etc. ...and growing stuff if you're that way inclined! Efficient individual room heating controlled by you, and the room has its own handy washbasin.
We're flexible on furniture if you have any special requirements.
Bills (heating, electric, water, council tax, broadband) included - you just need food basically.
Conservatory and locked bike store with CCTV. Enclosed car parking, or on-road is easy too. Convenience store and excellent takeaway directly opposite. Gym, swimming pool, cafés, LIDL and other supermarkets very close.
If you fancy a pint or a pub quiz the wonderful Star Inn (Britain's first urban community pub) is the local - or Manchester's sparkling nightlife is a short ride away of course.
