Room available from 1st July. Short term lets considered, students and professionals both are welcome. Online viewings are preferred but can do definitely do viewing in person if you are really genuinely interested. Max stay 5 months only as the house is only available till November.

I bought this house a couple of years ago but unfortunately I have relocated. So I am looking for someone to rent the large double-bedroom which is part of a 2-bed semi detached house close to Manchester town centre. Very convenient if you work in town, or in either of the Universities. It is 10 -15 minutes walk from Oxford Road Train station and to the HOME where there are some excellent places to eat and drink. The house is just off stretford road and there is frequent bus service. Big ASDA and Sainsbury's are just 15 minutes walk from the house. And if you are having a lazy day then there is coop around the corner that is open till 10:00pm everyday.
The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror and a double bed. There is a bathroom+toilet with standing shower and bath upstairs. In addition, there is a toilet downstairs as well.
The house contains good quality (Bosch) dishwasher, washer+dryer. The house comes fully furnished and is tastefully decorated. There is a small back garden with decking. The garden leads to a secure carpark with a designated parking spot for the house.
The second bedroom in the house is already let to a University working professional (female). She is an excellent flatmate. Really cares about the house and is fun to have a chat with. She is very chilled and is interested in various things such as board games, having a beer on Friday after work and food in general. Always up for a laugh.
The rent is £500 excluding bills. There is Virgin Media broadband in the house and that is included in the rent. You will have to pay for gas, electricity, water, TV license and council tax (no CT if you are a student). All these bills will be shared with the existing flatmate.

Btw, in addition to the rent paying tenant, we have a free lodger - A CAT :) (and he is a lovely fella!). He is very independent and has access through a microchipped cat flap. He loves to sleep for most part of the day but loves a bit of attention now and again :)
