The room is a comfortable double room and the flat is light, airy and 3rd floor (top floor). It's only 2 minutes walk from the universities and 15 from the city centre. ASDA and other shops are 10 minutes walk, and all the main stations in Manchester are within short walking distance
Kitchen, bathroom and lounge are shared. Secure parking is available.
The other tenant is a very easy going, friendly and sociable guy. He works Mon-Fri daytime as a journalist. He keeps the flat clean and tidy and would like to share with someone similar.
If you are interested then the other tenant is happy to do a video call (including tour of the flat!) to see if you think it would suit you. After that, we can arrange a socially distanced, safe viewing.
