My current flatmate is moving out, so looking for someone to move in on 4th May 2019.

I'm a MA Social Work Student, I’m pretty laid back, sociable and a tidy person! I love going out or equally a nice quiet night in binge watching Netflix! Would love to have a flatmate who are more than just people I say hi to and actually become friends.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side unit with a lamp. It is a two bedroom flat, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge and balcony. The kitchen has recently been fitted with all new appliances - washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen comes with a cooker & oven, toaster, microwave and kettle. The kitchen and lounge are together and contains a bar table with stools, a dining table, sofa and a small table.

The flat has private parking that you can use, it is located just by Hulme park and there is plenty of shops nearby such as Morrisons daily, Subway, COOP. There is also a GP surgery, pharmacy, post office and MMU Birley Campus that are close by. Asda Hulme is approx. 12 min walk and it is also approximately a similar time walking up to Oxford Road. There are great bus links as well.

It is £362.50 pcm for rent and bills are NOT included. Bills are an additional £51.50 which cover unlimited internet, water and electric.

There is a small application fee

The deposit is £412.50 which will be registered in a deposit scheme.
