This is great sized two-floor / two bed beautifully furnished flat in an extremely nice part of Hulme with a nice and an easy going flat mate!

As I am away for long periods for work (months at a time) I am looking for a lodger who would essentially be living alone, but who is also also happy sharing when I am home.

Location is in an amazing community in Hulme, near to Asda with a 10 minute walk to the Oxford Road Universities, two minutes if Birley Fields campus & a 15 minute walk into town. On the 86 bus route between Chorlton and town, it is ideally situated for many convenient and lovely reasons.

The flat itself is fully and beautifully furnished with most mod cons including broadband access and wooden floorboards throughout. The black and white room pictured is the double room available and all other pictures show the flat in general.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (including broadband) and a deposit of £500 is also required. Payment of the later can be spread out if need be.

Absolute musts are reliability and honesty - this works both ways of course and tidy and respectful people need only apply. Preference also for people who have awareness for sustainable living, i. e., who recycle!

Ideally the house would suit a non-smoking, vegetarian though I am also happy, to share with respectful meat eaters and also with smokers who smoke outside the flat only. I particularly like to share with mature students / post grads or professionals, tho the ad is open to all. Give us a try!
