Ensuite Room in Briarfields Hall

Hello everyone,
I am moving out of my room in Briarfields Hall and I am looking for a replacement tenant. The room is ensuite, with a 3/4 bed and a desk and chair. The kitchen is shared with 3 other people, in this case, three local, PGCE students. The place is very tidy, modern and the flatmates are very nice. It is 2mn away from the Union and the Library, less than 5mn away from Oxford Road. It is 147£ per week. It would be available from the first week of December (4th-5th December)

The replacement must be an MMU student who will accept a like-for-like contract with an end date of 6th July 2019. More they –

· Must be a full-time student attending MMU.
· Must be someone who is not already living in an MMU accommodation or contracted to live elsewhere.
· Must be someone who does not have an outstanding debt to the University.
· Cannot be someone who has lived in an MMU residence previously but who had their right to live in that accommodation terminated during their residency.
