The occupant must be an MMU student who does not already live in a MMU accommodation. The room is £147 per week but to make the matters faster I'll be paying £20 a month so it will be £568/pcm for the new occupant. The room has private en-suite shower and a kitchen that is shared with 7 other MMU students who are all really kind people. The flat is only 3 min walk away from the library and 2:30min walk from the Business School. The room is spacious with wifi connection, a desk, wardrobe and under-bed storage.
