Hi, we have an unfurnished double bedroom available in a Town House, with back garden, roof terrace and Car Parking space.

The room will be available from the end of March beginning of April.
£450 rent + £100 bills £550 total.

10 minute walk into town, close to a big Asda, B&M (to buy things you don’t need) and a post office


The bedroom is on the middle floor, it’s a small double, but get lots of light and enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and still a decent amount of floor space. However, the room will come unfurnished so feel free to add what you want.
The house is 3 stories, has 3 toilets/bathrooms. The house is of a high spec, has underfloor heating throughout and temperature control per room, dishwasher, and washer dryer. A little roof terrace perfect for when it’s sunny, as well as a back garden and off road parking.

About myself,
Bradley 25, gay Economics graduate and now work for a law firm in real estate finance.
In the week I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, drinking gin and going to the cinema. I don’t get up to much during the week, but enjoy social events on the weekends.
Mid-week myself and the 2nd flat mate often chill, watch movies in the living room, the occasional takeaway or just chill out around the house.

Similar to me, he works and goes to the gym mid-week, very friendly and outgoing personality. Enjoys going out for food, watching movies, socialising and numerous other things.

Who we would like.

You’d be moving into a very friendly chilled house.
The type of person we would like to move in would be male or female, friendly and relaxed. Reasonably tidy, but we do not expect OCD, as long as you can put stuff in the dishwasher and take the bins out.
Ideally you’d be chilled but still sociable, we both respect personal space/privacy, maybe a glass of wine or a takeaway in front of the TV every now and then would be great.
