Room to Rent in 3 bed house in Hulme

Hey,

1 double room to rent in 3 bed house I rent in Hulme. Would just be us 2 living there as the 3rd bedroom would probably only be suitable for someone who can sleep standing up haha.

Looking to live with someone who's pretty easy-going like myself, but also likes to take care of where they live. Would be great to live with someone I could be mates with and have a drink with, make food for each other, go out and do things together etc. But I am extremely respectful of other people's privacy and shift patterns if you are more of a private person.

As for me, I work as a Duty Manager at a bar on Canal street, so I work a lot of night shifts and weekends, but when I'm home, I like to chill and watch telly, play on PS5, see friends and family.

Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Good location, right near bus routes to town. Not too far from Cornbrook / Trafford Bar tram stops. Please be aware the pictures of the spare room include furniture from a previous tenant and so the room is now empty, so you will need to bring any furniture you want to have in the room. The room has some creaky floorboards, but with furniture placed on top this isn't too bad.
