I'm looking for someone to make my spare bedroom home. It's a decent sized double, fully furnished and has just been decorated. There's a really large open-plan living-kitchen area with cupboard space available, lots of gadgets and crockery etc for use. I think it's lovely but I'm probably biased!
I work school hours so would prefer someone who isn't too noisy way into the early hours on school nights. I'm pretty proud of my flat and like to take care of it so would like someone who appreciates that and is tidy-ish... My main requirement is a non smoker and I would prefer a female. Other than that I'm pretty flexible. Happy to hang out or to give you all the space you need.
All bills are included in the price (broadband, utilities, building service charge and council tax). If you're a student and exempt from paying council tax I'll knock 25 quid off the rent.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
