Double room close to universities and bus links

It is a 5 bedroom house 10 minutes walk away from the University of Manchester, the room has a double bed, a desk, a desk chair and a wardrobe. The house itself is fully furnished with a TV, sofas, fridge, freezer, oven etc. Other current tenants are all students at the University of Manchester and you must be a student to live here but no preference about which university, it is only for council tax reasons. House mates are all sociable people and enjoy drinking every now and then, with the occasional night out. They are all in their second year on 3 year courses so potentially will stay in the house for another year if this is also something you'd be wanting, but by no means is a necessity. All housemates are tidy and keep the house clean. Two housemates smoke but always outside and away from windows. Rent has already been paid for October so you'd only have to pay the deposit which is £300, and then rent from November. If you have any questions please get in touch.
