We just need one more person ASAP to get everything sorted out to move in on the 26th October! We've viewed it and it's a great house.

The 3 of us spent a long time looking for somewhere affordable with a modern kitchen, gas hobs, a washer, a dishwasher, as well as cozy, well lit double rooms with plenty of space, and we finally found it :)

It's pretty rare for somewhere close to the universities and city centre to be affordable and tick all these boxes, so we think there will be lots of interest - if this ad is still here we're still looking, so get in touch!

The area is close to shops and takeaways, and you are a short walk to the city centre, also connected with great transport links.

We're a friendly group of young professionals and students. A couple of us cook often so I'm sure you'll score some nice meals while living with us, haha. We hope to find someone fun and social who also takes care of their responsibilities to take the last room in this flatshare :)

The one ensuite is reserved, but the other 3 rooms are similar and up for grabs, we can decide on this together. We'll also be upgrading on the fridge which is a bit small for 4 people.

The 5 weeks rent deposit of £401, in addition to the first month's rent of £350, would need to be paid by the 26th of October.
