Large room with king size bed close to city centre

Lovely clean large room in a shared house. Floor has been recently carpeted and it's very cosy.
The bed is a king size bed with a mattress topper so it's extremely comfortable. There is also a very large wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and a cute white dressing table with a stool so there is plenty of space for things to be put away.

I am usually a live in landlord and this is my room but I am leaving for 5 months and am therefore looking for someone to take my room over in the meantime. Should you need the room for a little longer this can be discussed..

The location of this place is absolutely ideal - it is about a 15 minute walk to MMU, Oxford Road, Deansgate.

My current housemates are absolutely lovely and I am sad to be leaving them! They are two girls, both of whom work and one of them is also a student at MMU.
