En-suite room to let in lovely duplex 2 bedroom apartment within Britannia Mills one of Manchester’s best renovated mills.

You’ll be sharing with one flatmate aka myself!

The apartment is fully furnished and a car space is available upon request.

Ground floor - where kitchen and lounge areas are. Lower ground - where the bedrooms, bathrooms and washer/dryer rooms are. This is all located in a secure well run block with its own on site gym.

The apartment has lovely wooden floor (the original flooring from the mill itself) to ground floor entry level lounge. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/diner just off from the living room. The kitchen has one large and one small fridge so plenty of cold storage available.

Outside space is communal leading to a canal inlet and shared onsite gym. The double en-suits room is comfortable with a new bed and the room has new carpet and plenty of storage as well (see video for en-suit room tour).

All the bills are shared 50/50 with myself. The bills are on top of the £600 double room rent!

One month deposit held in TDS. The flat has very fast and reliable Sky WiFi as well (can watch videos/Netflix without buffer).

I am currently a professional working person (Monday-Friday job) so am looking for a young professional person like myself. I’m into my football, going to the gym, good food and having a fun time. The flat share overall would suit a young professional.

Tram max 5 mins walk, Oxford Road station / Deansgate 10 - 15 mins walk.
