The second bedroom in my apartment will be available around the beginning of Jan 2024

It’s a 1,000sqft 2bedroom/2 bathroom corner unit on the 21st floor of South Tower in Deansgate Square.

I occupy the en-suite bedroom, and the second bedroom is available with the second bathroom being exclusively yours.
The apartment is furnished to a super high standard, your bathroom has a large rainfall shower head and bathtub, LED lighting, heated towel rails etc etc...

It also has very large open plan kitchen dining lounge area and amazing views over Manchester, especially at night.
The kitchen is high spec with a separate island with a wine cooler and high-end appliances.

Deansgate Square, in my opinion, has the most luxurious facilities of any building in Manchester including a swimming pool and sauna steam spa, gym, roof top terraces, loads of communal work areas, tea rooms, galleries, salons etc... and way more ,and you get full use of it for free of course :).
The building has 24/7 dedicated concierge team as well as 24/7 security and they're amazing.

I am 31years old and work in property development. My work schedule is quite flexible so sometimes I’m away a lot. I’m easy going, tidy and considerate.. I take a lot of pride in my lovely apartment and don’t shy away from spending money on it or doing things to make it a lovely place to live.
I take care of all the bills (elec, water, WiFi, council tax etc) so your rent is all inclusive :)
I don’t ever bring back loud/big groups, I’m a fairly reserved and private person.

My previous flatmate was female and lived here for 18 months before moving to Australia..
