Large double room in Hulme

Looking for a tenant to occupy this lovely room in Hulme in a houseshare. It's in a really decent location - 15 minute walk to deansgate and a 15 minute walk to Oxford road. About a 10 minute walk to the giant Asda.

The room comes with a double bed with storage underneath and a huge built in wardrobe. There are also 2 bedside tables and a built in fan on the ceiling. Unfortunately the desk and chair are not included but there is room to put your own as you can see from the photos. The room is actually very light, airy, and spacious but in the photos I've added it looks quite small. I'll upload more photos when I get some decent ones.

I own the house but I am currently abroad for an extensive period of time so will gladly accept people who want to stay there for a long time. Minimum I'll accept is 4 months though! I'm also very relaxed in terms of if you want to make any changes to the room (nails in the wall etc) so long as you ask me beforehand.

The rent is with all the bills included :)

This room is NOT an ensuite - there is 1 bathroom in the house for the use of 3 people.
