Lovely double room close to city centre and unis

A lovely room with double bed, beautiful sight through the windows and good transport links.
A flat is 2min walk away from Morrisons and 10min walk from Asda, B&M and Argos. MMU and UoM are both close by, accessible by bike or bus, walk usually takes around 20min.
There is a huge living room joined with kitchen, with windows and balcony facing a street. In the morning the sunshine warms the room. The dishwasher and washing machine are both quite new.
The bathroom has a bath shower and a lot of shelves to put your hygiene products. It is clean and cozy.
The bedroom has a double bed huge chest of drawers, a closet to hang the clothes and a nice table with few shelves. Through the windows a beautiful view of skyscrapers can be seen. It is very silent during the night in the bedrooms, since the windows are facing the private parking.
There is a parking spot for the car and a place to keep your bike safe.
Flatmate is very friendly and talkative person, but she also has a pretty busy life. You would usually see her while she is cooking or, she would come to the living room to study.
