I’m looking for a conscious, respectful, clean and tidy person to share my home with me and my handsome cat, Leo 🐾.

• Flat is fully furnished with all essentials: kitchen, lounge, 1 bathroom all shared with myself
• WiFi included
• Lounge has a 4-seater dining table, sofa, TV, and I’m happy to share Netflix
• Parking available nearby (car park and on-street options)

Location & Transport
• 5-minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop
• 10 minutes by tram to the city centre
• 20–30 minute walk into town
• Close to MediaCity, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, and Manchester United stadium (within ~2 miles)

A Bit About Me
I’m open-minded and conscious, social but also value quiet time and personal space. I live a mindful, holistic lifestyle and don’t drink. I’m also gluten and dairy free. I love music and dancing. I enjoy staying active—walks, fitness, fires, jam nights, dinners in/out, and anything that involves music. I have just started my business as a massage therapist.
